The Cultivate Leaders LLC Book Club will build confidence in students. Students will read books that celebrate cultural diversity and address social issues. We empower minority students to speak up, share their stories, and take pride in their backgrounds. These stories provide role models and narratives that resonate with their lived experiences.
Students will participate in play-based learning. Playing games is integral to healthy social development in children. Children who play more are more self-regulated, cooperative, considerate, friendly, and socially competent. They display more appropriate social behaviors and coping skills and experience greater peer acceptance.
